What’s the contract term?

We don’t lock you into long-term contracts. All clients work with us on a rolling three-month term.

What should my ad spend be?

Ad spend varies based on revenue and growth goals. We suggest a minimum budget of around £300 per month. Many offices invest about 2% of their revenue. Budgets are flexible and can be adjusted anytime.

What support do I receive?

You’ll have a dedicated Client Success Manager who focuses exclusively on a small group of Home Instead offices. They receive extensive training on Home Instead and the platforms we use, such as Google and Facebook. We are a Google and Meta Partner agency. We recommend monthly calls, but you can book a call anytime with no limits.
